Rental Qualifications
If you are interested in renting an apartment or duplex from Terrace Properties we require all prospective tenant to fill out an application. With this application we hire Rental History Reports to do a background check. In this report they check Criminal Background, Credit Background, and any Unlawful Detainer History.
